The Appollo range is supported by a full after sales service, with engineers throughout the UK ensuring that your bath has been properly installed, serviced and maintained.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

All Appollo baths are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that they meet our rigorous quality control standards. In the unlikely event that anything goes wrong, our free 12 months guarantee covers the repair or supply of replacement components, resulting from faulty materials or workmanship.

A Warranty Card will be included with your new bath. Please return this card to us in order to instigate our free commissioning service.

Safety Conscious

Our FREE commissioning service provides added peace of mind. Following installation of your Appollo bath excluding the Walk-in bath, a fully trained technician will visit to ensure that it has been safely and correctly installed, in accordance with both our recommendations and LOLER (Lifting Operation and Lifting Equipment Regulations).

Trouble-free Usage

In order to ensure years of ongoing pleasurable bathing, we offer either a 12month renewable Appollo Service and Maintenance contract, for domestic installations, or a bi-annual LOLER inspection for commercial premises.
